1. How can I create an account?
It is easy. Just go to our home page, choose a username and provide us with valid email address. During registration you can upload two photos that will be automatically stored in your account. You will receive confirmation by email that your account is activated.
2. How can I log in to my account?
If you are registered user you can go directly to “My Account ” link on the right top corner of your screen. Enter your username and password and you will be automatically redirected to your photo albums administration page.
3. How does it work

We track every person who visits our site through your online photo album. In your "My Account" section you can see how many people visited your site using your own 'make money' link. We will pay you $6 for every person that opens a paid account with us.
4. How much money I can earn?
On this question our answer is "sky is the limit". We have users who refer more than 1000 clients to us every month and they make between $5 000 and $10 000 per month!
5. WOW, how can I make that much money?
All you have to do is to create an account, upload some photos and then have your friends look at them and visit our site. You will also find your personal "make money" link in your "My Account" section, which you can give to your friends. It's so easy !
6. Do I have to upgrade my account to use the "make money" program?
That's the best part - NO you do not have to upgrade your account to join our affiliate program.
7. When will you send me my bonus?
Bonuses are been sent to you between 1st and 15th of each month. You will receive the balance for the previous month. PixyShare.com uses PayPal and Western Union when sending transfers.
8. How can I upload more photos to my albums?
To upload photos you have to log in to your account first. Click on “Upload Photos” link on the top of the page. You can upload up to 5 different photos at a time. Choose the album you wish to upload photos to in “Album” window. Click on each of the browse buttons to find photos on your computer. Pressing “upload photos” button will start uploading the photos to your album.
9. What file types and file sizes I can upload?
You can upload valid JPG and JPEG files with a size up to 10 MB. However, as a free member your photos are automatically resized to 1600 x 1200 pixels, without any quality loss. This is a sample image with similar quality. Here you can find more information about what image resolution is.
10. Can I see the picture in its original size?
Yes, you can. Click on the “Full Size” link situated on the bottom left side of the page. It may take few seconds to upload the picture depending on its size.
11. Can I change the order of my photos?
Yes, you can. Select a photo by clicking on its small image on right hand side of the page. The picture will appear in larger size. Then select either “Move Up” or “Move Down” buttons situated on the bottom of the screen to move the photo in desired direction.
12. Can I leave comments on the each photo?
Yes, you can. To insert comment on the photo that you are currently looking at press “Photo Options” menu on the bottom of the page. Add your comment in the “comment” field. In order changes to take effect press “Update” button.
13. How can I see my photo comments?
Just put your mouse over the large photo that you are looking at and you will be able to see its comments.
14. Can my friends leave comments on my photos?
Currently this option is not available.
15. How can I send to a friend a photo?
It is easy. Select the photo you wish to send and then click on “Send to Friend” button below the photo. Fill in email addresses of those who you wish to see it. You can send up to three invitations at a time.
16. My photos are taking too much space. Is there a way to make them smaller?
Yes, you can increase the space of your album by compressing photos. To resize current photo press “Photo Options” menu on the bottom of the page. From the window select the new size. Please note the resize cannot be undo. In order changes to take effect press “Update” button.
17. Can I rename my albums?
Yes, you can. Select an album by clicking “View Albums” menu. Then click on “Edit” link under the picture of the album you what rename. You will be redirected to the section where you can manage different options of album. Insert new name in “Album Name” field and press “Update Album” button.
18 .Can I protect my albums with passwords?
Yes, you can. Select an album by clicking “View Albums” menu. Then click on “Edit” link under the picture of the album you what rename. You will be redirected to the section where you can manage different options of album. Enter password in “protected” field and press “Update Album” button. Protecting an album will prevent anyone from seeing its contents. If you wish to delete a password just delete the contents of “password” field and press “Update Album” button.
19. Can I change the order of my albums?
Yes, you can. Select an album by clicking “View Albums” menu. Then click on “Edit” link under the picture of the album you what rename. You will be redirected to the section where you can manage different options of album. Select in “Put after” listbox the new position of the album and press “Update Album” button.
20. I do not like the color of my album. Can I select another one?
Yes you can. Select an album by clicking “View Albums” menu. Then click on “Edit” link under the picture of the album you what rename. You will be redirected to the section where you can manage different options of album. Select from “Skin” listbox the new color of the album and press “Update Album” button. You can also tell us what colors you would like for your album and we will make them available for you.
21. What is the web address where my friends can view my photos?
The web address of your account is www.pixyshare.com/YOURUSERNAME/.
For example: if you username is “Johnsmith” the web address of your account will be www.pixyshare.com/john/ .You can view that address in your `My Account` section.
22. Can I change my photo album web address?
Please, contact us with the reason for changing your email and we will let you know if it is possible.
23. Can I order hard copies of my photos?
Currently this option is not available.
24. Is there a limitation of the number of my photos?
Yes, there is. Members with free accounts are can upload up to 25 photos. If you want to increase total space in your account you have to “upgrade” with 1000 or 2000 photo uploads.
25. How can I get more space for my account?
You can get more space by “upgrading” your account. Press “My Account” button on the right top corner of the page. Then click on “Upgrade Account” button to add 1000 or 2000 photo uploads to your album space.
26. Is there a limit of the space of my account?
No, you can upgrade your account as many times as you wish.
27. Does “free” account differ from “upgraded” account?
Not at all. All the options of the “upgraded” account are available in “free” account. The only difference is in space provided.
